ibeth reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and return of eligible funds after AML review.
To access ibeth's gambling services, you must register a personal Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update your Account information promptly should any details change.
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) ibeth Account only. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. ibeth employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection, ibeth may, in its sole discretion, close all associated Accounts, void pending bets, and forfeit all balances pending AML review.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ibeth Account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. ibeth will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials. ibeth reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time in compliance with PAGCOR's Know Your Customer requirements. Standard verification is required before processing withdrawals above threshold amounts set by PAGCOR regulations. Unverified Accounts may have restricted withdrawal functionality.
ibeth accepts deposits exclusively via supported Philippine payment channels including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are credited in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may be updated by ibeth from time to time.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by ibeth's finance team for AML compliance purposes. ibeth aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 3–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 4 business hours. ibeth does not guarantee processing times during system maintenance periods or Philippine public holidays, though the Platform endeavors to process withdrawals continuously.
ibeth may delay or withhold withdrawal processing where: (a) KYC verification has not been completed; (b) ibeth has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms; (c) a Chargeback has been initiated in relation to the Account; or (d) the Account is under investigation. In such cases, ibeth will notify the Player as soon as reasonably practicable.
All transactions on ibeth are processed in Philippine Peso. ibeth does not charge currency conversion fees. Third-party payment providers (e.g., GCash) may apply their own transaction limits or fees independent of ibeth.
All bets placed on ibeth are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, which are published within the respective game or sports betting section of the Platform. The following general rules apply to all wagers:

All content on the ibeth Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and the ibeth brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of ibeth or its licensed providers and is protected under Philippine and international intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal gambling purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any ibeth content without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, ibeth shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms limits ibeth's liability for death or personal injury caused by ibeth's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
ibeth's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with a single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player into their ibeth Account in the 30 days preceding the incident.

Players may close their ibeth Account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Upon Account closure, any remaining eligible balance (after settlement of pending bets and AML review) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable period.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of ibeth shall be submitted first to ibeth's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
ibeth reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file and/or by a prominent notice on the ibeth Platform at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, unless the change is required immediately by law or regulatory directive. Continued use of ibeth after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
